IDENTITY

Writer · Vocalist · Live-Loop Artist · Creator

His own description of himself, carried under the tags #DimensionalMindset and #VibeCuration. A writer, a vocalist, a live-loop artist, a creator, and a vibe curator in the truest sense.

THE VOICE

Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, Spoken Word

A recording artist across Hip-Hop, Reggae, Soul, and World Dance Music, whose live-loop performances built soundscapes in the moment from hip-hop, soul, dance, and ancestral rhythms.

THE BUILD

Beyond the Music

Live-looping, improvisational production, and blockchain authentication fused into experiences beyond traditional entertainment. Not just an artist: a servant leader building ecosystems for diverse, independent creators to tell their stories outside of corporate control.

The Story

Monzelle Dozier was born in Detroit and raised in Southern California, two geographies that never left his sound. The Motor City's rhythm and the desert's openness both lived in him. As an adult he rooted in the Antelope Valley, in the Lancaster area, and became a defining voice of that community.

He called himself a multidimensional creator, musician and vibe curator. On stage he was a live-loop artist: building immersive soundscapes in real time, layering hip-hop, soul, dance, and ancestral rhythms into performances that felt conjured rather than performed. In the studio he was a recording artist spanning Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, Spoken Word, Reggae, Soul, and World Dance Music, always with his authentic voice at the center.

His first chapter as a recorded artist came with Sweet Dozier: Volume I, opened by June Breeze (Reparations), recorded at FIYA Records in Lancaster with producer iLLien Rosewell and engineer Oscar "Riddlez" Carretero. The vision expanded with so GOOD (with MyGuyMars and King Vay, featuring Quon J and Deka Tremayne, recorded at Spaceship Recording) and the anthem that made him a community name: AV WE UP, the official Antelope Valley song he created, credited as the anthem's rapper and creator, later remixed with Roman and opened to independent artists for the official video.

In 2024 the ambition became a universe. He wrote The Almanac of the Super Neguverse, the manuscript that birthed Super Negus: Echoes Across Existence. The Ballad of a Super Negus, recorded at Spaceship Recording with Michael Manchester and Grammy-winning producer MyGuyMars, with Roman, Blu, and Slink Johnson, became the theme song. The ABANGA comic (Issue #000, BLKNGLD Media Group) put the twelve heroes on paper. The Museum of the Super Negus rose in virtual space. The 144,000 became the promise of shared ownership.

The final year carried it further. Sweet Dozier: Volume 2, Rise of the Super Negus, twenty-two tracks with Roman, landed September 2025. The El Sol Negro EP was recorded with Dub Shakes at Playback LA. The Super Negus Rising game was in development with Gaijin. The Rise N Resonate podcast launched. The HEALmo book and the Rise of the Super Negus graphic novel were announced. The festival was planned. The economy of the 144,000 was being built, deliberately, for the people.

Then the transmission ended. The creator passed in 2025, and the Antelope Valley and the Neguverse both went quiet with the news. Friends remembered him simply: "R.I.P Monzelle aka Mr. Doz. Man this one is hard." The community called him AV's Own, the voice behind the anthem.

The work did not stop. Roman and Truzy carry the products forward. Marc Joy Media keeps the lore. The 144,000 remain the promise. And his own words close every chapter: "We rise for all worlds. We rise for all time. Let the echoes carry our legacy."
